Anyone that knows anything about PT Cruisers knows Roy.  Well, Roy made a special appearance at Ryan's Steakhouse in Rogers, AR on October 2, to attend the monthly club meeting of the NWA PT Cruiser Club.  We found him sitting in his Cruiser out in the parking lot, just taking in the view of all the great PT's around him.
